Conference Registration Forms

You cannot register for CHI '95 via the web or email!!

You must mail or fax your registration form. You can get the Conference Registration Form here on the web, print it, fill it out, and then mail/fax it in.

The Conference Registration Form is avilable in three formats:

Text
HTML
Postscript (not done yet)

All three versions of the Conference Registration Form contain instructions on where to send it and what the deadlines are. Registration Information is avaiable which lists other registration details.

Also, do not forget to send in your Housing Reservation Form.
