Conference Registration Information
A substantial discount is available for forms postmarked or faxed
on or before March 31, 1995.
Conference participants are urged to register early and arrange
their travel and accommodations as soon as possible.
No telephone or e-mail registrations will be accepted.
On-site conference registration will be available, but it is strongly
recommended that you register as early as possible by mailing or
faxing your registration form with payment in US
dollars to the address indicated on the form.

Full- and half-day tutorials are offered on May 7 and 8. An
introductory tutorial (Introduction and Overview of Human-
Computer Interaction) will be offered Saturday evening, May 6.
There is a separate fee for each tutorial. Registration for tutorials is
limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registering for a tutorial grouping or 4 or more tutorial units
before the early registration deadline of March 31, 1995 guarantees
space in your selected tutorials.
Participation in Workshops and the Research Symposium requires
payment of separate fees and submitting a special registration
form.
Upon acceptance to participate in either of these activities you will
receive a special registration form from the organizer. If you are attending
the conference, be
sure to complete the special registration form as well as the
conference registration form and return both with payment.
Workshops
Workshops are offered on May 7 and 8. Accepted workshop
participants will be charged a special registration fee of $50 for
each one-day workshop or $100 for a two-day workshop. The
deadline for applying to participate in Workshops is February 6,
1995.
Research Symposium
The Research Symposium will take place on May 6 and 7.
Accepted Research Symposium participants will be charged a
special registration fee of $100. The deadline for applying to
participate in the Research Symposium is February 1, 1995.
Registration Location and Hours
The CHI '95 Registration area will be located in Hall A of the
Colorado Convention Center. Preregistered participants may pick
up their badges and other conference materials in this area. On-site
registration for the conference and Tutorials (subject to space
availability) is available here. Registration hours are:
Saturday 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday/Monday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
The CHI '95 Conference Reception will take place at the Denver
Museum of Natural History on Wednesday evening, May 10.
Conference participants will receive a reception ticket (good for
one admission) in their registration packet. Additional reception
tickets may be purchased for $50 from the CHI '95 Conference
Registration Desk in Hall A of the Colorado Convention Center or
at the museum on Wednesday evening.
Electrical Power Policy
It is ACM/SIGCHI policy to use the local power source. In
Denver, it is 110 volt AC. Please plan ahead: extension cords or
power strips will not be provided by CHI '95.
Video Recording Prohibited
The use of video recording equipment is not permitted during any
part of the conference.
